We cannot modify orders after they have been paid for and moved into processing. If you'd like to change your order and it hasn't been paid for yet, you may cancel it and place a new one with the items you desire. Please note that any order without payment for 24 hours will be automatically cancelled.

Alternatively, you can chat with a live agent, provide the order number and request an order cancellation.

Note: We cannot make changes to or cancel orders that are in Processing status, as orders in this status have already been built and prepared for shipping.
