In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive after 10 business days in transit, we will investigate as part of our Delivery Guarantee.

Contact a live agent anytime so that we can resolve this situation for you.

If a package cannot be located by Canada Post after an investigation period, we will issue a replacement or store credit for the amount of your order, one time for free.

Please note: Canada Post inquiries are handled via a ticketing system. Tickets are dealt with in the order that they are received, and can take 24-48 business hours to be processed.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

*Please note that it’s the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and valid delivery address and name to ensure a successful shipment. If you notice an error in your shipping address after your order is placed, please reach out immediately.
