I've Submitted my Payment. What's next?

After successfully making your payment by e-Transfer, it may take up to 40 minutes to be received on our end. Interac may temporarily hold your funds, causing the transaction status to appear as "pending" in your online banking until the payment is cleared.

Once your payment is received, you can expect to receive an email confirming the deposit, and your order status will be updated to "Processing."

Please note: there is no need to inform us once you've made your payment. Rest assured, you will receive confirmation once your order progresses into the processing stage.

To confirm the status of your order, head to over to 'My Account' and 'Orders'. Your order status will either be 'pending' if we have not received the payment yet, 'processing' if we have received the payment, or 'completed' if it has been shipped or sent out for delivery.

Orders are typically shipped within 24 to 48 business hours from when payment is received. Once your order has been shipped, we will promptly provide you with the tracking information via email.

If you have opted for Same Day or Next Day delivery, kindly refer to the specific delivery schedules mentioned below:

Next Day Delivery: Etobicoke, Mississauga & Toronto Area

Same Day Delivery: Hamilton & Burlington Area

Same Day Delivery: Vancouver & The Lower Mainland

Same-day orders placed and paid for after the final cut-off time will be delivered in the first wave on the following business day.
