ORDERS VIA MAIL | CANADA POST
Mail orders are shipped within 24 - 48 business hours of payment being received. You'll receive your tracking information by email after it has shipped. Once Canada Post has scanned in your package, you will start to see tracking updates.
If you're looking for your Canada Post tracking link, you can find it in your order history. Just visit the My Account page, select Orders and click on TRACK

If you have your tracking number, rest assured your package has been sent and is on its way. You may experience a slight delay in the Canada Post scanning your package, but you should eventually see updates as it progresses through its next checkpoint.
Please note, we have no further information on the whereabouts of your package other than what is currently displayed on the tracking page -- what you see, what we see, and what Canada Post sees is all the same information.
ORDERS VIA SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY DELIVERY
If you ordered via same day delivery, please refer to the delivery schedules below:
Same Day Delivery: Hamilton & Burlington Area
Same Day Delivery: Vancouver & The Lower Mainland
Next Day Delivery: Etobicoke, Mississauga & Toronto Area
Please note: If your order is placed and paid for after the final cut-off for the day, it will be delivered in the first delivery wave the following day. If you would prefer a later delivery, please reach out when you place your order.
Live tracking is not currently available for our Same Day and Next Day Delivery service, however you will receive a text/call to notify you of the pending delivery.
