How Do I Update My Shipping Address?

To update your address to your account, navigate to 'My Account' and click on 'Addresses' or click HERE. Please note, although it says Billing Address, this is the address your order will be shipped to. If your order has been placed but not yet shipped (still On-Hold or in Processing status), you will have to speak to an agent to see if it is still possible update the address. *Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address has been entered correctly. In the event that an order is sent to an incorrect address, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to re-send a new order, so please ensure all information is entered correctly prior to checkout. *Please note: Updating your address in your My Account area will not retroactively update existing orders that have already been placed.

How Is My Order Packaged?

Packaging questions Inner Packaging Yes! All orders are double vacuum-sealed with an industrial-grade sealer. The parcels we ship are entirely scentless to humans. Special care and treatment are given to all packages to eliminate any traces or residues. Outer-Packaging There are no names or symbols listed on the outside of your package. Budmail uses a variety of stealthy outer packaging to ensure that your privacy and confidentiality are well protected.

What if my order doesn't arrive in the mail?

Missing order In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive after 10 business days in transit, we will investigate as part of our Delivery Guarantee. Contact a live agent anytime so that we can resolve this situation for you. If a package cannot be located by Canada Post after an investigation period, we will issue a replacement or store credit for the amount of your order, one time for free. Please note: Canada Post inquiries are handled via a ticketing system. Tickets are dealt with in the order that they are received, and can take 24-48 business hours to be processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated. *Please note that it’s the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and valid delivery address and name to ensure a successful shipment. If you notice an error in your shipping address after your order is placed, please reach out immediately.

What Is Signature Required?

Signature required is a recommended service that can be included with your parcel. In the case that nobody is home or available to receive the package, the postman will leave a notice in the form of a card and bring the parcel back to your nearest post office where it will be available for pick up. In our experience, adding the signature required option to outgoing parcels adds a layer of accountability and safety while your parcel is in transit. *Please note that even without the signature option, the postman may opt to bring your parcel to the nearest post office if there is no safe drop off spot available. Who Can Sign & Pick Up My Parcel? At your address: Anyone living at your address can sign for the parcel. At the post office: Anyone with a valid ID showing your address can pick up the parcel. How Do I Add/Remove Signature Required? This option is available to you at no extra charge. Just select "Yes" in the signature required area located at the bottom of the checkout page. What is Insured Shipping?

We offer a new shipping tier called Insured Shipping. All orders shipped with Insured Shipping will be sent via XpressPost. Insured Shipping is now available for a $19.99 fee applied at checkout. What this means is that if your order does not arrive (i.e., ends up seized or lost), we agree to replace the order in full via a one-time replacement. Orders made using our Standard Shipping tiers may not be replaced if they do not arrive due to an issue in transit (subject to our discretion). If you are concerned that your package may not arrive (i.e., you've had issues in the past receiving your orders), selecting Insured Shipping will ensure that your order will be covered if it is not delivered within the standard delivery timeframe.

Where is my order?

If you have any questions about your order's shipment/delivery status, we've got you covered. Here's what you need to know. ORDERS VIA MAIL | CANADA POST Mail orders are shipped within 24 - 48 business hours of payment being received. You'll receive your tracking information by email after it has shipped. Once Canada Post has scanned in your package, you will start to see tracking updates. If you're looking for your Canada Post tracking link, you can find it in your order history. Just visit the My Account page, select Orders and click on TRACK If you have your tracking number, rest assured your package has been sent and is on its way. You may experience a slight delay in the Canada Post scanning your package, but you should eventually see updates as it progresses through its next checkpoint. Please note, we have no further information on the whereabouts of your package other than what is currently displayed on the tracking page -- what you see, what we see, and what Canada Post sees is all the same information.
